Every time I buy a new MotherBoard, I thinker with the CMOS settings to get optimal performance. However there seems to be no standard for the settings from one manufacturer to another. Does anyone know a site that explains CMOS settings in detail? My present MotherBoard book has zilch and hitting F1 only gives choices, not consequences.

I am having a problem with my Win98se PC locking up and want to see if it a BIOS related problem.
