Question: Why in the blazes did my cpu speedm reset itself in my BIOS? I swear that I set that thing 3 approx. 2 years ago to it's proper setting of P2 350. It is indeed a p2 350 Intel Processor, but it had somehow reset itself to a P 233! The mobo is an Abit BH6.

If the FSB is set in the BIOS it's probably a bad bios battery. It went out, and your bios went to defaults.
