Need advice between to choose between 2 config

What config do you think it's best for my home server.
It will be running:
- NT4 Server 4 sp6a (as PDC)
- SpoonProxy v2.3
- TalkWorks Pro 3.0

LAN is composed of 3 WS.

Config 1:
- ASUS P2L97
- CeleronA 366MHz
- 192MB SDRAM PC66

Config 2:
- TYAN S1682
- Dual PII 266 MHz
- 256MB EDO RAM

Other components are:
- Onstream DI-30
- Mitsumi 32x
- ZIP 100
- RAID1 with 2 IBM 22XGP 13.5GB
- Matrox Mystique 220
- SB16

Config 2.The server doesn't have to be really fast,but powerful.I guess a dual PII with 256mb is quite powerful.

I put a vote in for 2 as well. The dual processor and added RAM (although slower) would help with more users. The other system would only be slightly faster. The other much more dynamic.
