What I mean is this: I'm replacing my KT7-RAID with a KT7A-RAID. But, is there a big difference between running with an ATHLON 1Ghz at 200FSB and a 1Ghz at 266FSB? Also, would there be a jump in performance with an AMD XP processor when I have mushkin PC133 memory? I kinda thought that the memory might be the weakest link in performance and then what would be the point of getting an XP processor...and for that matter an ATHLON at 266FSB.

yeah...you would see performance increased if moving to a 266fsb....also...you might as well switch over to DDR ram which runs at the same speed as your system clock....
it's definetly worth it

Thanks, but I don't think this board takes DDR ram, which was my point for the question...unless I'm wrong - Abit's page says PC100/PC133 SDRAM. If that is the case, I guess my question is, when running with that type of memory, does the FSB speed make a difference, and would an ATHLON XP make a difference?
As much as I'd like, It will be difficult to get permission from the boss to start a new config (motherboard + CPU + memory ... and you know it "can't" stop there).
