oK ITS COME DOWN TO MSI or IWILL. The MSI I'm looking @ is the K7T turbo limited has real nice reviews. The other is the IWILL kk-+266 . I need to know soon I can;t go another week without my CPU. Oh yeah I'm running a 1.4 ghz t-bird and pc133 micron.

I would go with IWILL, because i have one, this is my opinion though. I have the raid version. I haven't booted it yet though. It has some good overclocking features and the best part is; it supports raid. If your're gonna get the raid ver, get it from newegg.com. Mine came in about 5 days and i live on the opposite side of the country from the warehouse. You can jump the cpu up by 1mhz increments and set the ram speed, the only real prob is that if you have a long video card, it will block one of mem banks, you can fix this by putting your ram in first, then your vid card. The chipset cooler is just one of those small heatsinks, with no thermal compound.

I have the MSI K7T Turbo Limited and I am very pleased with its performance. I just upgraded from an Intel Pentium 233Mhz MMX to an AMD Athlon Thunderbird 1.4Ghz 266 processor. Overclocking is simple. If you tweak the FSB too high, the mobo will automatically reduce it down to a speed that will get you into the bios. The reviews are pretty accurate.

Good luck on your purchase.

I can't evaluate MSI, but I give IWILL two thumbs up. I have a 1200 Athlon C in a KK-266+. The board is stable, allows easy o'cing, and the price is great. I don't think you'll regret going with IWILL.
