Another Sound Card Question

What would be a good replacement for my Turtle Beach Monterey Tahiti card? This is an ISA based card. It is dead quiet with excellent fidelity and a very good dynamics. But ever since I oc'd my system it started misbehaving. I would want a card that I could use for both music editing and gaming, something in the league of the Digital Audio Labs or any card that would give the best bang for the buck. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

There's good advice in IbZa's post(BEST SOUND CARD), any of the new Soundblaster, Diamond or Turtle beach PCI cards are great.
