It can be done with Paint Shop Animation feature. I think there is a trial version for Paint Shop Pro 7.

You might want to go this page for info on how to use Animation Shop™3 here. (http://www.jasc.com/as3_more.asp?pf%5Fid=003)

Do you want to animate it, or do you want to end up with a single .gif file? If you just want to do the latter, there are several simple methods applicable to Paint Shop or Photoshop. Create a blank new image. Create a couple of layers. Copy and paste each gif on a seperate layer. Adjust opacity of top layer so you can see bottom, etc. Move each layer around on top of one another, etc. Use bounding box to resize image in each seperate layer, et. You can take all the layers and combine them into a single layer after you have played with it for awhile. You can have as many layers as your memory will handle. It is fairly open ended, limited only by your imagination.
