Thanks, for the gamma levels, but it didn't seem to brighten very much. But Thanks. Any other suggestions, Plzz. It's also t dark to play Riven......Must be my monitor.....

Well,most (all) videocards you can do color adjustments in the displays properties:

click right on desktop,choose properties,then click on settings,push advanced button and go to color.You should be able to adjust your brightness here.
