Ok, here is the deal... I just recieved a stick of "Retail" PC100 64mb in the mail, in DIMM_ID it is identfied as: Unknown, No part #, 00000000, 64mb, PC100, so what is going on? I have a PC66 on the first slot, 32mb, could this be effecting the test?
What do you mean by "Retail", is it name brand chips on a name brand board or is it name brand chips on 3rd party board, this is usually refered to as "Generic"
No I don't believe the PC 66 is effecting the test, I too have some generic RAM I have purchased and it does not give much information using this program, with the Samsung and the Micron RAM I have it gives all the information, I think the cheaper RAM just does not store this information in the EEPROM, since it's not available to the program, this is the results
