What's a good reliable one around 40-60 gigs? Thx, John Lega Bait Man 10-29-2001, 12:33 PM I have a prefence toward IBM DeskStar 7200 with 100 ata and 2 megs cache have been using these drive for over 3 years with no problems have 2 install on a promise controller card, they are super quiet..Bait Man:D rangeral 10-29-2001, 12:36 PM I don't trust ibm's especially the 75gxp which has a big customer lawsuit going plus there rma's are bad, I've never had problems with western digitals although they have had problems before but their rma is excellent they'll get you a new drive post haste. Maxtor and Seagate are pretty good too but no experience with there rma's maybe someone else can add in about them.
