I just had the @Home service installed.
Of course their DHCP was down so I couldn't log on.
I had a problem logging on with my dial-up but this was caused by Internet Lan-Bridge program. I uninstalled it and everything seems to be O.K.
So there really doesn't seem to be any problem here.
