slot 1 mobo which p3 700 to use

i have a be6II mobo and it's slot 1. i want to upgrade to a p3 700e and wouldn't want to use a slotket adapter. i heard there are two types of p3 fcpga and secc2. which one should i get and would the choice make any diff if i want to o/c.

i think the FCPGA chip you will need to have a converter with as they are socket not slot
