Help...
I am trying to build a system, the motherboad however seems to require a unique switchset which attaches right to it, however I cannot obtain this particuliar switchset from anyone. Does anyone know how I could modify the switchset I do have or any ideas here are the specs:
The instructions say: case connector jfp
2.8-1 turbo led (is always on): it shows two jumpers being covered in the book but the switchset I have covers 3 jumpers.
2.8-2 reset switch: it shows two jumpers covered in the book but on my switchset I have 2 seperate jumper leads coming out of the reset portion of the switch each would cover two jumpers, wire colors red/black then yellow/black, not sure which one to use.
2.8-3 keylock
2.8-4 power led (power saving led)
these two things are next to each other on the motherboard and on my switchset they are all one jumper except the motheboard book shows 5 jumpers covered and my switchset covers 5 but has only 4 active wires in it.
2.8-5 suspend switch: there is not one on my switchset, do those jumpers have to be used or is there a go around?
2.8-6 speaker: have one that connects to two jumpers on the board however the book shows 4 jumpers to be covered by the speaker to include a sleep switch, not sure what to do.
2.8-7 hdd led: the only thing that seems to match.
Wondering what to do cannot get the computer to turn on due to the switchset problem. Please Help
