Can someone help?
I am running a PIII 800mhz, 384meg, DVD,CD,20gigHDD,SBlive,32MgAsus TNT2, Win98 2nd ed.
Whenever I now start Outlook2000,Excel or Word, they start up for a couple of seconds and then suddenly disappear.
I have tried uninstalling Office2000 and reinstalling - hasn't worked.
I try and download the update from microsoft but continually get errors. Everything else works fine. Scanner, Printer, all other programs.
The only programs that are running in the background are Norton Anivirus, Audiogalaxy Satellite, Download Accelerator, MS messenger, Zone Alarm, Cacheman(memory enhancer).
I have tried closing all these programs and Office2000 still doesn't work.
I'm totally flabbergasted!!! Can anyone offer any advice?
