looking for a post

Yeah i know i should use the search function but it is a bit tricky when you don't remember who did it or what it was called only that it was useful and that i forgot to bookmark it!
It was the one on reloading windows without the full format stuff and not loosing any of you programs etc. just renaming windows and reinstalling it over the top.
You know what i mean.

Thanx socal, but that isn't actually the one i was thinking about it will probably do the job tho'.
The one i was thinking about was posted bu one of the ultimate members or one or similar high rank and he had posted it before but was just giving us a refresher class.
