Can you format this....?

I have a mini disk player and my friend has a USB connecting mini disk player. Is there a utility to format mini disks to contain data instead of music only? Or can this device be used as a drive in any way?

There used to be computer minidisc drives, but they're long gone now. I don't think you can format it.

Wonder what Sony is using in their new Digital Camera? Looks like their using the 3" format. Supposed to be able to take it out of the camera, straight to the computer.

Those are small pre-formatted cd-r's. You can get them in any shape or size if you know where to look. It works like a normal cd in your cd-rom.

You could make a connection through you modem and send information to your mididisk player/recorder then use the modem to decode it. if you want to know more email me.
