what processor gets hotter, intel or amd?

i'm pretty sure amd does, considering that one test where they took the heatsinks off of intel and amds, and the amd's friend in less than a second. and the intel's 1)kept going 2) the other froze the comp but worked once the heatsink was re-attached :)

I saw the video for where they took off the heatsinks off a P4, P3, Athlon and a Palimo, the P$ got to somink like 30c, the P3 - 40c, the Athlon, something like 300c and the Palimo was just under 400c, which was funny.:)

AMD chips are hotter. But hey, if you can't take the heat..........you know the rest.
IF you are asking this question because you are palning on bulding a system, I wouldn't worry about the heat. AMD chips are indeed hotter, but they are just as stable
