Alrighty-hi, I am a newb. Can any of you guys help me with making my computer faster? I know you can OC, but is there anything else? I see you guys talking about entering bios and doing stuff and I want to know if I can improve the proformance of My AMD K-6 500 and an AMD Atholon 850. ANY help, tips, advice, complaints would be nice. And if anyone knows how to OC a G4 450 that would be nice if you could help there...

Give us some more specifications of your systems, you can try to tweak your operating system, there are plenty of tweak guides and tutorials around to help you do that. You can also overclock your other components to maximise performance, another thing you can do include basic things such as defrag your drive regularly...

The k6 and the mac are maxed out I think, unless 10% gain while risking everything makes sense. As far as the athlon goes, we need to know what motherboard it is on.
