LAN to WAN

Hello , I am sure this topic has been addressed before and if so please point me in the right direction....
I have two computers networked at home using Windows98 original with all of the updates.
Primary computer is using a 56K dialup account.
Question: how can I get the second (networked) computer to access the internet via this small LAN?
any input is greatly appreciated.

Or you could upgrade to Win98 SE and use the builtin ICS.
