However, you should also take into consideration the speed of your CPU, activation of hardware acceleration, motion compensation, and also your monitor, to name a few, that will determine how good the playback of the movie is. I have compared a 15" with a 17" monitor watching DVD movies and found out that the former exhibits more vibrant colors than the 17". Though the 17" was not that bad at all, the colors displayed on the 15" monitor were glossier. That's just my one peso and fifty centavos piece of thought :D K?
