Help with LFPSJFY.EXE

I have just starting getting a message at startup with Windows ME dealing with lfpsjfy.exe. Message says that "lfpsjfy has caused an error with lfpsjfy.exe", gives me the option to close the dialog box and seemingly nothing appears affected. Yea, sure. Does anyone know what this program does and how can I reload it from the windows disk?
