Usb for Networking

Hi All!

This is easy i think.

I have two computers, one hooked uo to a cable modem via usb link. I want to hook up the other computer via usb to the usb port on the other computer that has access to the web. I don't mind having the one computer on at all times.. do i need any special cable connections, or just a long usb cable?

ive seen special usb connectors for this , the speed is about the same as 10mb nic halp duplex . the connectors had ends the same with a kind of small 'hub' thing in the middle.
just i never remembered where i saw them. better off with 2 nic's and a cross over cable or even simplier for sharring of internet connection a paralel cable and ms dcc built into win 98 and above
