running Win 98SE. can someone tell me how to make Win98SE ALWAYS show files in a folder in 'LIST' format? I've tried View\Folder Options a hundred times, it won't stay. Whenever I move any files, unzip, etc., the folder continously opens with files in the Large Icon format. Isn't there somewhere in the registry where inserting a command would solve my problems? thanx

When looking at the folder you want to have in list format, right click and go to View>List.

yes, I understand how to switch each folder to list format every time I manipulate files, which is constant. What I'd like is to Not have to to go through this tiresome procedure many times a day. There must be a registry entry that controls this setting, I'd like to set it permenantly on 'List'.
