I/O Magic soundcard; 1stMainBoard

Is this company out of business, their site has been down for 2 days, I just bought a soundcard that is haveing problems. Also does anyone has a URL for 1stMainboard, a motherboard maker?

BTW - if you happen to be using the 503+ or 503A motherboard I feel for ya, but hang in there.

There is a very real possibility that you are experiencing a resource conflict with regard to your sound card. First, make sure you do not put any card in the PCI slot that is next to the AGP -this can cause problems if you use an AGP video card. Second, make sure that you have the latest chipset drivers for your motherboard -if it has a VIA chipset you should download and install the latest 4in1 drivers package and IRQ miniport routing patch from VIA.

I am getting a conflict with the PCI bus, the driver would not load because 2 versions of the bus were being reported. I have no idea what this means, I hope the driver update will do the trick.
