Jetway motherboard problems!

My computer is having mega problems!! When playing 3D games, funny coloured patches keep appearing everywhere(disco colours, even worse!!!) until i jump out to a menu then re-enter. On re-entry(!) the colours are gone. Ive been told that this happens because my mother board isnt fast enough for my video card(tnt2 sniper 2). Is this true? Is there any way out??

Does anyone have any info on jetway mainboards or even a web page??

Also, i recently installed windows ME, it likes crashing a lot, especially in counter strike. Any reasons?
