im in.

Im still to decide if i will keep visiting sysopt, ill see how it goes. I want to stay, because people will still come for tech help, but i may leave if it goes downhill, or just out of principle.

You should have an option for both.

Posting to both sites after this would make me feel like I'm still supporting Sysopt.com also when I really don't agree with what they have done to MntSnow and other former moderators and these banner all for the sake of $$ they should just go ahead and ask a monthly access fee... I'd rather pay $1-$2 a month instead of putting up with all the flashy banners..

It feels almost like a corporate take over.. sad :(

Well, I understand what you are saying....but you made this a poll to see what other people think, right?
If you really want to know, the option for both sites should be in the poll.

i would have continued using sysopt and i still may come to access the old posts, but i refuse to continue using any site that would do that to the old admin and mod's and censor the word tech imo out. it's a shame to.

Yanno, I don't really post here often except when I need help with problems on my PC. I usually keep up via RitalinKid on what is going on with SysOpt and whatnot.

It's pretty sad that internet.com (aka we'realaboutmoneyandnotquality.com) would do something like this. I mean to take out the guy that created this site and knows it like the back of his hand. I don't come here because I care about internet.com. I come here because I know that I can get help with problems, and seeing as those who were usually so willing to help me are gone now looks like I got no reason to be coming here :D .

Well,

I'll still keep visiting here once in a while, to keep in touch with the guys that are still here, but also because Sysopt has been my startup page since the day I came here for the 1st time.

I have great respect for how Scott and all moderators have just said okay, so be it, we'll just build a new site, see how ya like that.

Ofcourse I will more then frequently visit www.techimo.com, cause well......the guys that made sysopt are mostly there now, so that is for me the new and improved Sysopt, so to speak. :)
