what should i use to benchmark my system and video card? What are good programs to run to test my comp's temp under full (100%) load?

For system benching, I use SiSoft Sandra Pro. It can be found here: ( http://www.sisoftware.demon.co.uk/sandra/ ) For video cards, I use MadOnion's 3DMark 2000. Great graphics and nice bench. Don't pay too much attention to your scores if you don't have an nVidia card because it is optimized for nVidia but will work fine (albeit witha lower number) for non-nVidia cards. ( http://www.madonion.com/download/ ) The MadOnion XL-R8R is not worth the time to DL even on cable unless you need very general and often misguided advice...
