This will be the first time I've ever tried updating my IWILL KK266 bios. Do you simply get the most current date for download? Is this usually all inclusive of previous updates? Or do you choose the one that seems most appropriate for your issues?

Thanks

Get the latest, it includes any previous fixes/updates.
Follow the instructions on flashing the BIOS, otherwise you can damage the mobo.

The rage seems to be windoze based programs that make it too easy...to scew up that is. I would not trust a windows program to flash with, because if it should happen to lock or crash during your flash, you may render mobo inoperable without physically replacing cmos chip. And I believe Bill G is related to that MURHY's law guy...

Althogh it is more cumbersome in dos, it is safer...also, unless their is a specific problem that a new bios will correct, or a new feature it will enable that you can't live without, there really is no compelling reason to get the "latest and greatest". If it ain't broke, fix it till it is...!
