Hi,
After I update my BIOS, my computer does not boot even nothing appears on screen, I suspect that, my BIOS is corrupted and have to update it.
There is a way to do this. Find a computer that runs the same board, while the computer is running, remove its BIOS, and insert the corrupted BIOS, and update it. remove the updated BIOS and insert it to your board. (is that right. i m not sure:confused: )
Now my question: My corrupted BIOS (a Phonix BIOS) belongs to ABIT KT7E (which is AMD compatible), and the one thats going to be used while updating is an Intel (Celeron compatible) board. Is it possible to make such an update?
I hope I could express what I want to.
