Just got this update via his newsletter:
Hi to all of those that have signed up on InstantNetworks Message system. Thanks to Kieran Mullen for donating and setting up this system. This is my first time trying to use it. Thank you to all who have stepped up in support no matter in what form, E-mails, Posts and Paypal donations.
The latest news is that the State has proceeded with the indictment and have handed down 8 Felony counts for 120 years, each count carries $50,000 fine plus the original $415,000 restitution and damages, so the State is seeking $815,000. Will post the information on the exact counts as soon as we have the papers.
