As soon as I saw my name on the stats list I had to get more DP's
I even went in to work on Saturday just to get the client loaded on my computer there. Couldn't stand to waste all those cycles.
Now if I could only find a cheap case and an old harddrive somewhere I could get that old K6-2 400 up and crunching.
I guess that if those are my only worries, I'm a lot better off than some of the folks out there right now.

Yep, hahaha! ECCp is just to gosh darn addicting. All I need is a ATX case and cd-rom and I'll have my K6-2 450mhz up and running. I'll be getting a P3 700 or 800mhz in a few weeks. :) More machines for crackin'.

Must be us Arizona folks.
I used to live in Yuma myself only lasted about 11 months there. Nothing to do but play with my computer.

My wife wishes I would have never started:rolleyes:
I had to move the crunching operation into the garage. To hard to hide all of the new hardware from her.
Orbiter I started out with 3 machines and now im 12+ at any given time. I am also switching to AMD machines to take advantage of there impressive ability. The P3s work well but some of the numbers that Duron and Athlon systems are getting have convinced me to venture to the other side.
Welcome to the fun:D

This thing is indeed addictive. I even run some clients on machines in the university.! (Imagine that -- with permission of course).!

I wouldn't say I'm addicted, but working on this project does bring out my competitive nature. I've had to come to an agreement on a maximum of four computers in my house. (Although that idea fshanda has about putting them in the garage isn't bad - imagine how high I could overclock my processors during those cold Wisconsin winter nights:D )

Ragtop thats the plan. Run them outside in my 32deg. garage to keep them running cool and fast. Plus keep all of my toys hidden from my wife. Up there you you should be able to get one hell of an overclock.burrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
