I recently bought a Tyan Tomcat IVD. I like the board, even though it is a little outdated. Of course, the main thing I like about it is that it is a dual processor board, and it is in an AT formfactor. I was wondering if anyone else has this board, and what they think about it.

I purchased one about 3 years ago. I'm running NT 4.0 sp6a. For some time I was running Proxy 2.0 to access the Internet, but I've shut that down because I'm using a Netgear FR314 firewall. Except for an occasional shut down to clean around the area, or peripheral hardware updates, it's been running great. My current config:

1. dual 233 mmx pentiums
2. 256 mb ram
3. Intel 10/100 nic.
4. 2 cd-rom drives, 1 scsi, 1 ide.
5. 1 4gb scsi hdd., 1 4gb ide hdd.

Tyan web site has it listed in its archived board section.
