I have a situation with my web page that maybe someone can help me with. I have visited a lot of pages similar to mine and the good ones do not have my problem although they have a similar display.
I have a main page that contains a group of pictures that are links to other pictures. The other pictures are expandable with a click.
My problem is that when I hit "Back" to pick up a different picture link the page has to reload --- causing a big time loss. http://www.powersfamily.bappy.com
is holding individual pictures but not a full page of large thumbnails.
Thanks

It doesn't have to reload the page on my side. The thumbnails that were previously viewed doesn't have to reload. IE will hold any image files and page layout files that loaded previously in the Internet Temporary file folder until the browser is closed. I have my IE option to delete all Temporary Internet Files only when browser is closed.. I think you may have the settings in your IE options differently and that is why you're browser is having to reload the the page that you were previously at.

Try pressing Default Options for you IE by going to Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/ and press Default Options. And if you want to delete all internet temporary files at browser shut down, make sure to check the option in the security section. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif
