Hey all, If you want to slap in a pentium III 700 mhz chip in what was a pentium 166 what will happen? What else would you need to change to make it work at 700 mhz? A new motherboard? Thanks all, e-mail me or post a message please.

You could (and probably will), need replacements for all of the following at least:

CPU, Motherboard, RAM, Power supply.
