I just upgraded to a ASUS TUSL2-C M/B with a PIII 1GHZ Intel processor. I re-installed Win98se and everytime I reboot my system, a found new hardware window pops up saying that it wants drivers for PCI System Management Bus. Where do I get these drivers.

The CD that came with the motherboard has an "Intel INF Update Utility for Intel 815E Chipset". Page 80 of the manual, at least the online one. It installs the drivers for the System Management Bus.
Congratulations on your choice of a great motherboard. As a self-employed tech, I find Asus and A-Bit motherboards the best for stability, speed and support.

I had the very same problem... I have this board. I thought it was something I had done incorrectly or maybe it was a driver conflict.. I'm relieved to find there are other Techs out there having this difficulty...
Now, if we can figure out why my 30 gig slave keeps doing a disappearing act.. I'll be all set.. Sometimes you see it.. Sometimes you don't... WHY??
