Need a contact (Yahoo)

I am sick and tired of this problem I am having with Yahoo Mail. I needed to see an attachment today that I got in my Atrium/Pine email from work and sent it to both my Yahoo acct and my new Hotmail acct. It got to my Hotmail in about 10 sec but it still has not reached my Yahoo acct (over 3 hours). I have several undelivered messages that people say they sent. At one time, there was a contact link on their site but can no longer fnd it (or don't see it because my eyes are so red with frustration!). Anyone know how to send them email for tech support?
