New Tower or just upgrade?

This 'ol IBM Aptiva 350 mhz (never overclocked) with a lil 8 Gig HD just isn't cutting it anymore, am I better off to Buy a new Tower or just put in a new Chip and HD? Thanks alot. Any other additional info would be great.

Before you run out and get a cpu check to see if your board will support a faster chip.

As for a new case you'll need a new motherboard, cpu, hard drive, sound card, ram, modem, and video card as the minimum.

Stay away from pcchips as I have heard many horror stories. Stick with a well known brand.
