Need Recommandation on this Laptop QUICK!!!! Less than 19hours

Hi, I just was browsing eggheads auctions and i stumbled across a laptop. Its not state of the art, but for just word processoring and some lite email, and internet i don't think it would be too bad. But i would like if some people could give some Feedback. I need it in less than 19 hours from 8pm EST on Sept 20,2000 since the auction ends then. Thanks.

THe Laptop is a IBM Thinkpad 380XD w/ P233MMX, 32MB RAM, 3.2GB HD, 24X CD,33.6K, 12.1" HPA Display, Win 95.

Yeah that is a sweet laptop, but i don't need all that power. and i don't want to spend that much. so as far as this one for 359, how is it??
