Details! You didn't say what IE version. If IE5 or above, try the IE repair tool if you have the setup files on your HD:
Control Panel/ Add-Remove Progs/ Micro$$ Internet Explorer & Tools -- then click Add-Remove & choose repair. This tool is picky, so be prepared to write down any error messages if it won't complete.

Heyal,
Just thought you might want to know, not just for that specific error but notorious for blue screens and kernel errors too.
There are some helpful info files I found after searching forever but some of the things I can remember off the top of my head.
These things will help eleviate some of the errors.
Go into IE Tools, Advanced Options, disable the JIT box in Microsoft VM options,
also in the SSL disable those if not needed though if you bank online...it's needed. there are 3 or 4 of them.
Security Options disable the Active X controls the Downloading one
Also says to try renaming a file Called Advert.dll to Advert.d_l this was listed as fix too.
There are more options in windows and IE that can help a lot. Cured my Blue Screens and kernel errors are down to min.
Microsoft has listings of these errors too but man look forwarded to spending hours to find them. Here are some Url's to getting some answers : http://www.windrivers.com/tech/troubleshoot/winexceptions.htm

Hope these help you.
