i have this problem with shutting down my computer...at the end of every session, i want to shut down my computer..the little notice comes up and says that there is a program that hasnt been closed down. i hit control+alt+delete and see what is still running..i find it saying that MSDOS423 is "not responding". what does that mean? how can i fix that? i dont want that message to come up everytime i want to close down..thanks for the help...oh, this is for win98

I saw a post about this on the Yahoo boards(dont have the link,sorry) and it turned out to be a virus.So,I guess you should do a virus scan.
