How Old is Sysopt?

I'm serious; I've seen people who joined way back in Feb '99, but that's it. I joined in Jun'99 and there were (I think) 750 users at that time. But how old is the actual site, not just the forums?

Sysopt was founded in 1994 by Scott. In early 1999, the site was basically totally revamped. Several have been here since before that, but stats only show contributions since that site change. I was not around that early, so I am not sure when the change took place.

(In mid 99, it was sold to Earthweb and in December 2000, Internet.com bought earthweb and all of its holdings (including Sysopt and Resellerratings.com).)
