I have a Athlon600 with a 650 core - Running at 824MHz overclocked. I have an Asus K7V motherboard. Here are a few things that might help.
Your voltage seems very high for 750. I am running 1.75 volts at 824MHz.
You may need to change your cache divider to 2/5. 1/2 may be costing you stability.
If you are overclocking your FSB you may need to up your I/O voltage.
Heat... What kind of temperatures are you running at? This is a very important thing to watch.

It may be one of those .25um Athlons, which defaults at 2.0v Maybe it doesnt have enough juice, rather than too much. Check to make sure Its a NOT a K75 before you set it to 2.0v, which could be enough to fry it
DO you get BSOD's if you dont clock it?

What Week Is Your Athlon 600? Maybe You Got A Good One,And I Did Not.

Let Me Know...And I'll Compare It To Mine.
