IEEE-1394 conrtoller card

I'm looking for a IEEE1394 controller card that will connect to a samsung camcorder. The camcorder says it will work with both IEEE1394 and i-link.
I was reading the reviews of IEEE technology on the home pages and the CD-RW review but neither seemed to actually mention which cards they used or suggest any. ANy one got any suggestions or experience.

I have Dazzle's DV-Editer($99Cdn), came bundled with Ulead's VideoStudio V4.0. This card has three IEEE-1394in/outputs.
