Would anyone be interested in this "almost a system" system?

I'm about to get a new computer, home built, and will be taking some parts from my current computer. What I'll have left:
It's a Dell Dimension XPR T700R
Mobo, Intel 440 BX AGPset*
P3 700
128 Mb PC100 SDRAM*
128 Mb PC100 SDRAM Micron
Soundblaster Live Value
New CD-ROM that I just got back from warrenty, still in the box they sent it back to me in.*
Promise ATA 100 controller card
Case*
floppy*
200W Power Supply *
* = came with system not sure of complete specs
This system is about 13 months old and will be under hardware failure warranty until July 2000. I would transfer ownership so whoever would have access the warranty as well.
Just wondering if anyone would be interested in this.

Ah, I have no clue how to price a system like this. I was thinking of tuening it into a system for myself, but I don't really need another. Just seeing if maybe someone else could possibly use it. I'll make another post in about a month or so when I upgrade mine, but I really wouldn't expect more than around $150 or so, but like I said I have no clue how to price used systems :)
