I'm going over my bios parameters of my BX6-2 and I have a few Questions that I hope someone will help me with.
Is win98 os2 or non os2
Shadowing address ranges I don't understand what this means. I have them all disabled except the Video bios shadow. Will enabling the right ones speed things up and how do I know which ones to enable
I think that will do for now.
Thanks in advance

Just in case your thrown by Gentle Giant's to-the-point answer, http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif he means 'non' OS2 (remember IBM's operating system?) and no change in your shadowing addresses.

Sorry Cal - Thanks Bleeding Edge.
Thanks Bleeding Edge and Gentle Giant. Sorry about the basic questions but I know there is many of us that have come into the computer world recently and every day you are faced with terminology that the people who have been in the industry a long time take for granted that everyone knows what it means. I personally don't have a problem with this fact because I love computers and I love tring to understand them it just sometimes gets frustrating when you don't Understand one peice of terminology in what you are reading and you can't find anywhere that tells you what it means because everyone should know these things like 1 + 1 = 2 .
But since I've been coming to this site my knowledge is incresing like never before
and it's because of you people out there with the knowledge and the willingness to share it with us new comers.
So please don't get frustrated.
Thanks
Cal
