I will be graduating in December from college with a degree in Computer info. systems. However, because of some health reasons I will not be able to work full time. My question is how can I get started doing some independent consulting? What do I need? Paperwork? Etc. If any of you have experience doing the same, please give my your input.
I worked as a network administrator over the summer, and have no doubt that I would be able to do some basic system maintenance for individuals on my own.
Also what are the going rates of these services?
