Hi,

I just flashed newest BIOS (010920 release downloaded from ECS site) on my K7S5A (no LAN). Everything went OK. Computer is booting and working.

But... I was hoping to get more FSB frequencies to choose from and right now I have only 100 and 133 MHz (as it was before flash).

Another thing is that when PC is booting BIOS string shows BIOS date as 040201... Well, I guess it is not that important but it bothers me a bit.

My question is: how do I get more FSB frequencies?

BTW: I am using Duron 800 MHz and PC2100 memory (computer runs at 100/133 MHz FSB).

Thank you.

If you want higher frequencies you have to download the unofficial "overclockers" bios. I don't remember where I got it but it works pretty well for me. However, I've only seen releases for the LAN version of the board. Don't remember if you can still use it or not, probably RobRich knows though.
