I have one, but the CMOS battery (which is integrated on the board) is bad. It does accept an external battery though. Shoot me an e-mail if your interested. I used this board for a long time with a Cyrix 5x86-120. It has full support for both of those CPUs. And I still have the manual with all the jumper settings even the 4x jumper setting for the AMD chip so you can run 4x40=160.

Dataexpert EXP8449 mobo
3 PCI - none shared
4 ISA - none shared
FSB of 33,40,50
4 SIMM (supports EDO RAM up to 64megs total)
I think it supports hard drives up to 8.4gig

I have a 486 motherboard that includes a 133 mHz AMD 5X86 CPU that overclocks nicely to 160 mHz. The battery may need replacement because the onboard clock looses time. I'll even throw in 2 x 8 meg (16 meg total) 72 pin SIMMs if you like. I pulled it from a system that I upgraded to a K6-2 socket 7.
