Can't Read file From Floppy

Is there any way to fix and/or read a file from a floppy after receiving error msgs? It is an RTF file. I tried renaming it, but that didn't work. I tried to copy it to my hard drive, but received an error mesg. I have two other files on the floppy which open just fine, but this ONE seems to be the exception. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

I had that problem before with a disk that had bad sectors on it. It's been a long time (probably 5 years) since I did it, but I used a program to make a sector by sector copy of the disk, then was able to copy the file to the hard drive and salvage what was left of the file. I don't remember what program I used to copy it, but I'm sure there are plenty out there that will do it.
