can you actually notice a difference in performance between ide and scsi hardrives and if so what! and just say even if you have a controller for ide ! to make ata 100 :confused: :confused:

I had a ibm scssi ultra wide/wide hd 7200 rpm hd w/ 7.5 ms seek time. it was slow as hell compared to the the 75 gxp it is in now. but, it is probably age that got the better of that scssi hd.
